Marketing & Contract Sales Assistant
We are looking for Marketing & Contract Sales Assistants to
support our sales efforts. Responsibilities include heavy customer telephone contact,
collaboration with sales reps regarding all aspects of customer sales and account service
including preparation of quotes and contracts, as well as handling requests from existing
government, corporate, and individual accounts. Provide administrative support to senior
Accounts Executive as required.
Salary: Basic pay plus commission.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years prior customer service or sales administration
experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to
work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment required.
- Good working knowledge of PCs as well as word processing and
spreadsheet software necessary.
- Familiarity with the Internet a plus.
